Garden Smoothie Bowl
Berries and vegetables pair well together. Get ideas of what to add to your smoothie bowl from your garden.
- 1/2 cup blue berries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1 small cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup chia seeds, hydrated
- 2 tablespoons toasted pumpkin seeds
- 1 tablespoon raw coconut shreds
- 2 nasturtium flowers and leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano leaves
- Layer berries and cucumber slices.
- Top with chia, pumpkin sees, coconut, nasturtiums and oregano.
