Creamed Penne with Kale, Mushrooms & Pancetta was a big hit in the test kitchen today. We were using our new Phillips Pasta Machine and decided to try a run with King Arthurs GF all-purpose baking mix. We cooked the penne for a minute less in our first run. The noodles were a bit softer than we wanted but were pretty good. In our next revision we used an additional egg and it made for a much firmer noodle. Recipe to come soon!
