Southwestern Style Mizuna

2 strips bacon, chopped
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 teaspoon red pepper
1 bunch (6 ounces) of Mizuna, finely sliced & stems discarded
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
- Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Add bacon, onion, and red pepper flakes. Cook for about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add mizuna and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Drizzle with maple syrup and a sprinkle kosher salt. Serve warm.
