Brisket Burgers
Ingredients
- 1 whole brisket
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Trim 90% of the fat off the brisket.
- Cut into large pieces.
- Place meat and grinder equipment into freezer for 30 minutes.
- Grind meat into a corse grind.
- Mix fat and lean well, add salt and pepper to taste. Form into patties.
- Cook on your grill.
